If you’re a crafting geek, you won’t want to miss this annual event that draws thousands to Centennial Park in Nashville. The 41st annual Tennessee Craft Fair is taking place from October 11th to the 13th, and there will be plenty of award-winning vendors for you to discover!
The Tennessee Craft Fair is a local tradition that pays homage to both professionals and hobbyists. Here, you’ll be able to shop for paintings, pottery, and so much more. Perhaps the best part of this festival is being able to interact with local artisans and learn about their crafting process! Don’t forget to check out their kid’s tent and demonstrations, too.
Nashville Oktoberfest
Ready to experience a slice of Germany in Tennessee? Nashville Oktoberfest is one of the coolest autumn events in Nashville. If you’re looking to try new cuisine and immerse yourself in a different culture, come to downtown Nashville from October 10th through the 13th!
This event is one of Nashville’s largest festivals, drawing a quarter of a million people to 10 blocks of downtown Nashville. Think Oktoberfest is just a beer festival? There’s so much more to explore, including German cuisine, traditional music, and a 5K run! Come and enjoy the mild weather and have fun in the Biergarten!
Pumpkinfest
Love pumpkins? We do, too, and Pumpkinfest is the perfect way to celebrate the arrival of fall! Pumpkinfest has been called one of the best family autumn events in Nashville. It’s perfect for kids of all ages and takes place on October 26th. The best part? Admission is free!
There’s plenty to do at Pumpkinfest, which takes place in Franklin. Dress up in your best Halloween costume and enjoy live music, downtown shops, and much more! You’ll also be able to buy from local artisans and indulge in some fall treats. Be sure to participate in the costume contest—competition is fierce, so you may want to start brainstorming now!
